**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Tracking and documenting of project documentation for the department
- Handle management duties - Oversee and perform administrative functions concerns, update calendar, call consultants or relevant parties
- To manage department’s day-to-day activities and provide general administrative support (e.g coordinate department’s events, meetings, communications, handle information requests, etc)
- To handle general office administrative works such as upkeep of department’s facilities / equipment / stationeries to ensure availability as and when needed and maintain a proper filing system
- To perform day-to day clerical work
- To assist department’s HOD in managing calendars, making travel, meeting & event arrangement
- To be liaison person and coordinator of the department with other departments within the organization
- To undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support in project or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
