Accounts Assistant

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records.
- Process and record accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Provide analysis of financial data as needed.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks and inquiries.
- Work closely with team members to address financial discrepancies and resolve issues.
**Qualifications**:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, prior experience is an advantage but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and accounting software is an advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work in a team and a good sense of responsibility.
- Organized, excellent problem-solving skills, and committed to meeting deadlines.
Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
