Your new job includes
- support in implementing the over-all Digital Marketing Strategy through careful planning and executing marketing and promotional activities that will increase product awareness through various Digital Marketing channels that eventually translate to sales and profit.
- identify and evaluate innovative marketing opportunities to increase direct traffic, monitor our online presence, and rate position of relevant competitors/industry peers, while also measuring impact and performance of prior campaigns.
- create relevant social media content to drive traffic and engagement, and position Heinemann as a Great Place to Work At, through the use of SEO and Google Analytics.
- provide necessary information during Budget and Forecasting period to prioritise Marketing investment for the year based on success rate of campaigns as well as online content hits.
- collaborate with various stakeholders within Heinemann, as well as maintaining value-adding relationship with external stakeholders which include professional i.e. LinkedIn and social media i.e. TikTok, Instagram as well as other digital platforms available in the market.
- be the topic expert in terms of latest social media trends, best practices and technology to support the constant development of our Digital Marketing strategy.

What you should bring along
- a Degree in Marketing or a similar field with related experience in the Retail industry, and preferably with a hands-on experience in creating designs and contents digitally.
- a practical experience with the use of Digital Marketing Automation Software, Google Analytics, Google Ads and any other technology that is used for Digital Marketing such as web publishing and SEO tools.
- good communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with various levels within the business while also representing Heinemann in the best possible way with external parties.
- an organised approach and ability to manage time effectively with keen attention to details.
- ability to work well under time pressure either independently or with a Team.
