Project Management
- Work closely with consultant and project manager during all phases of the project implementation.
- To provide expertise in the design, development, and customization of the solution.
- Oversee all technology operations and ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services.
- Delegate technical responsibilities and monitor the progress of projects.
- Report progress to the HOD, including any changes made to plans and production.
- Contribute to providing ongoing support for system software that meets technical and customer requirements.
- Build high quality product and contribute important impacts on our product roadmap planning.
- Address problems of system integration, compatibility and multiple platforms.

Department Management
- To serve as a mentor and involves in recruitment and staff skill set development.
- Provide guidance to team members and suggestion to other colleagues with deep understanding of technology stacks.
- Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all subordinates.

Software Development and Deployment
- Review all work produced by the engineer team.
- Write down documentations for different technology and knowledge to share knowledges among everyone.
- Maintain high quality of products with participation in code review and design reviews.
- Review and analyse user functions and activities, evaluation of available resources and current systems, while recommending appropriate solutions and implementation of these changes.
- Research on up-to-date technology stacks to continue bring better performance and higher quality products to stakeholders.

General
- To develop a positive working relationship with customers and other department staff.
- To perform other duties at the discretion of management.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 5 years' of working experience in related field with minimum of 2 years' experience in management.
- Capable to lead, supervise and manage own team.
- Had experience manage project implementation.
- Solid working knowledge in all required software and programming languages.
- Knowledge on Java, JavaScript, SQL and Shell Scripts.
- Ability to work with customers and identify adoption barriers and put forth plans to address these issues.
- Excellent in analytical, problem solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Good leadership and exemplary to peers.
- Responsive and accountable for every issue recorded till resolution.
- Attention to detail and strong work ethics.

Experience in supporting, modifying and maintaining code/ system developed by others.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
