We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance & Quality Control Executive to oversee and enhance our quality management systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our products consistently meet internal and external quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Quality Management System (QMS) Oversight**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures, processes, and standards to ensure alignment with global quality policies and local regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring continuous compliance.
- **Inspection & Testing**:

- Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards.
- Perform durability, functionality, and safety tests to validate product quality and performance using standardized methods.
- **Compliance & Regulatory Adherence**:

- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015, GMP, HACCP, and other relevant quality standards.
- Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information to auditors.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
- Prepare and submit reports on quality findings, deviations, and corrective actions taken.
- **Process Improvement & CAPA**:

- Analyze quality-related data to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize processes and enhance product quality.
- **Training & Development**:

- Provide training to staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Mentor junior quality assurance personnel and support their professional development.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret quality data and implement corrective actions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, GMP, HACCP, and other quality management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
