  • Design and prepare mould or tooling diagrams using AutoCAD based on customer drawings and technical specifications.
  • Ensure all customer-approved drawings are properly filed, safeguarded, and traceable.
  • Maintain and update the Die Index whenever new tooling fabrication is carried out.
  • Monitor and update the latest revision of the Engineering Standards from customers.
  • Follow up on tooling development activities and ensure Tooling Progress Reports (TPR) are updated to meet project timelines and delivery deadlines.
  • Prepare Sample Evaluation Reports (SER) to support tooling quotations and cost estimation.
  • Assist in compiling, revising, and updating the Bill of Materials (BOM) and machine parameter settings related to tooling and production processes.
  • Coordinate and maintain SPTT, APQP, and PPAP documentation for ISO requirements and customer audit purposes.
  • Ensure all technical and workshop records are revised, updated, and maintained in accordance with ISO and internal quality management systems.
  • Collaborate with the Quality and Production teams to address any tooling-related nonconformance or improvement needs.
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and capable of interpreting engineering drawings.
  • Knowledge of tooling fabrication, die maintenance, and metal stamping processes.
  • Familiarity with ISO documentation, APQP, and PPAP procedures.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in tooling, metal stamping, or related engineering environment.
