Job Title: Accounts Receivable Executive

Department: Finance

Reports To: Accounts Manager

Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Process invoices and ensure they are accurate and compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts.
- Collect payments from customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare monthly reports on accounts receivable activity.
- Research and analyze creditworthiness of new customers.
- Negotiate payment terms with customers.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new accounts receivable procedures.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
