The Personal Financial Services Business Operation Executive’s key responsibility is to support the HQ Sales team’s processes and operational needs and to ensure compliance with guidelines & regulations. This includes placing controls in place for the processes as identified through sample checking and to execute effective rectification where applicable;

Operations executive oversees the daily functions of the sales unit and the role is also to ensure that the operations are carried on smoothly and efficiently to meet the organizational goals and objectives

This role will reports to Business Operation Manager

Functional
_(job responsibilities)_- Work with management to develop and implement operational framework to support the business strategy.- Ensure all systems and processes operate smoothly and are aligned with our quality standards- Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures- Establish production KPIs and conduct quality assessments- Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise- Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance with guidelines & regulations.- Lead, guide and train the Operations Executive team to meet their KPI- Monitor the performance of the Operations Executive team- Establish strong relationship other unit such as product, compliance, risk, customer service unit, contact center, branch & etc to ensure business operate according to the respective standard operating procedures..- Take into account the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans for the unit- Coordinate with the HR department to ensure our hiring plans meet our business needs

_(organizational responsibilities)_- Champion the PFS-Retail Deposit roadmap and delivery both internally and externally.-
- Continuous effort to improve business in support of building brand awareness and improving customer experience.- Jobholder Requirements:

- Education/Qualification- Degree Holder is an added advantage- Experience / Competencies- Previous min 3 years’ experience as a Business Operations Manager or in a similar role in banking industry-
- Good knowledge of operations management-
