**Responsibilities**:

- Key Responsibilities- Based on the client sites in Cyberjaya and support the day-to-day operation of facilities management, Including soft and hard service
- Responsible for scheduling third party contractors associated with: maintenance of office equipment (copier/fax/printer machines), general building repair & maintenance services (i.e. pest control, first aid supplies, mat service, HVAC maintenance, electrical services, plumbing services, etc.)
- Support and Coordinate on the Security system and Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations such as creating and distributing building access cards for new employees, replacement cards, and badge troubleshooting
- Assist on spending and budget tracking and control, create, and follow up on the PO to the vendors, check vendor invoices and handle payment to the vendors. Payment request submission to the client.
- Manage the ordering of office supplies, office equipment, and other supplies and services as requested by Facilities or Fulfillment leadership in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions
- Coordination with regional team and assist on the operational reporting and updating.
- The ability to interact and work with personnel and all levels of management with good judgment in a team environment, strong communication skills, both written and oral, diplomacy, sense of priority and an even temperament.

Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills in written and verbal
- Flexible, well-organized, self-motivated, resourceful, efficient, professional, decisive with the ability to balance multiple competing priorities
- Team player
- Knowledge of financial
- Computer literacy - such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Express

Qualifications and Education:
- University degree
- At least one year’s facilities management or administration and financial support experience
