As a Building Manager at Deriv, you will manage and administer the business premises and facilities. You will ensure the functionality, comfort, safety, sustainability and efficiency of the building and its environment can serve and support Deriv as an organisation and its occupants optimally at all times.

Your responsibilities include coordinating the maintenance of the building and its facilities accurately and timely. You will manage all the building's mechanical, electrical, cleaning, and security activities, including negotiating and liaising with third-party service providers and authorities to ensure all requirements and regulations are complied with.

**Your challenges**
- Prepare and maintain policies, SOPs, contracts and progress reports for all building functions while ensuring data integrity
- Handle key processes in facilities management, including setting up new properties and maintaining existing buildings
- Maintain and enhance the facilities based on the business needs and current Malaysian regulations and laws
- Respond to inquiries and requests by management and building occupants and resolve any related problems or issues
- Anticipate building issues impacting business operations and provide recommendations and strategies to enhance the smooth running of the building and its facilities

**Requirements**:

- University degree in Engineering/Property Management or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management
- Fluency in spoken and written English communication
- Extensive experience in managing different types of property projects
- Strong communication skills and leadership qualities
