**ABOUT TASA**

TASA Global Solutions Sdn Bhd (“TASA”) identifies, deploy and deliver realistic “Experience Solutions” to brands. Our solutions holistically cover each brand’s CX (Customer Experience), UX (User Experience), SCX (Supply Chain Experience) and Management Experience (MX) requirements.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Facilities Management**_
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance work with contractors for maintenance, repair or upgrade where applicable
- Support in the planning and coordination of office relocations and/or construction where applicable
- Keep a tracker and labelling of furniture, fittings, lockers
- Periodic inspection of all facilities and equipment
- Assist in sourcing of vendors for purchase or leasing of facilities needed for specific projects or companywide, this includes working closely with internal stakeholders for requirements and existing vendors where applicable
- Perform compliance audit on facilities utilization to monitor any abuse and misuse; and enforcement of safe work practices
- Responsible for master locker key and assist to reset locker password
- Coordinate and assist in any administrative or documentation related to building licenses, office facilities and equipment
**_Office Safety and Security Support_**
- Set up and establish frequent communication of safe work practices
- Ensure CCTV and its recording is in good condition
- Perform routine checks to ensure safe work practices compliance
- Assist to with recording retrieval for any reported incidents
- 1st level response upon security alert trigger from building management or security
**_Office Access Management_**
- Coordinate with HR and key stakeholders on access card readiness for new joiners
**Other Administrative and Assignment**
- Support and assist in any other administration tasks or assignments related to IT and facilities from time to time
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimally a SPM holder while a Diploma holder will have added advantage.
- At least 1 year experience in similar job capacity.
- Strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and communication skills and deadline oriented.
