**Job descriptions**:

- Prepare marketing materials (e.g., slides, brochures) to promote the industrial and related development project.
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, and events related to the industrial and related development project.
- Provide detailed information regarding the industrial and related development project, and effectively address customer questions and concerns.
- Schedule and conduct site visits for potential customers to showcase the industrial and related development project's properties, features, and benefits.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence to ensure smooth office operations
- Attend property exhibitions within Malaysia or internationally as required.
- Travel to HQ for meetings as required.

**Job requirements**:

- Preferably 2 - 3 years of working experience in sales and admin.
- Experience in real estate/property industry is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred due to the frequent interactions with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Applicants must be able to work in Ipoh, Perak

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
