1. Audit Compliance - Products Certification
- Understand, interpret and implement product quality assurance standards in according to factory accredited standards specification
- Organize and coordinate with external calibration maintenance bodies for yearly calibration services of equipment or devices; and also the related departments for internal calibration.
- Able to implement and interpret product standards requirements
- Prepare and follow up audit closure documents and testings.

2. Reduce internal rejects with generate quality non-compliance report, investigate the root cause of failure, coordinate with related department and determine the corrective action through Continuous Improvement (CI) activities.
- Plan, monitor and analyse variance in findings from the results of In Process Quality Checking (IPQC), Final Inspection, material test, finished goods performance test and others related test for ensuring product quality is compliance with applied standard.
- To conduct root cause analysis with relevant parties and work out corrective action plan dealing with customer complaint
- Propose, coordinate corrective and preventive action to reduce wastage and defects.
- Implement preventive action by analyzing result of quality issues and improvement on process flow, information flow and product flow.
- Coordinate quality meeting or discussion with related department for any improvement or incurred of quality issues & customer complaint.
- Revise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.

3. Laboratory management and improvement
- Establish and practice departmental SOP and WI especially laboratory, to review and revise it if any amendment is required.
- Initiate, organize and coordinate new material or product trial run for enhancement on product development or modification process.
- Coordinate on arrangement of manpower for laboratory tasks to ensure that quality control process is going smooth.
- Implementation of standard practice in QA Laboratory with recording products data and analysis.
- Valuestream the process flow of QA Laboratory by rectifying with quality data and related lab personnel.
- Follow and implement 5S activities in workplace.

4. Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior which is related to the nature of the work scope.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 year(s) of working experience.
- MUST have the following QA skills, i.e. 5S, 5 Why Analysis, 7 QC Tools, Statistic Process Control, quality tools.
- Understand of ISO 9001 requirements.
- Familiar with standard specifications that are related to organization’s products.
- Good communication and writing skills in English & Malay.
- Good organizing and coordinating skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Understand of Lean management system.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
