- Experience in **pawn broking, jewelry, or retail** industry is preferred
- **Computer literate** - able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic systems
- **Presentable and polite**, with an **outgoing personality** and attention to detail
- Able to **handle confidential information** with integrity and professionalism
- Willing to **work in shifts**, including weekends or public holidays when required

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers with **pawning, redeeming, and renewing** luxury items
- **Record and maintain customer information, pawn tickets, and loan documents** accurately
- Handle **data entry** for all transactions and ensure accuracy in the system
- Maintain proper **filing systems** (digital and physical)
- Ensure the **front desk and display area** are clean, secure, and well-organised
- Answer phone calls, and handle general administrative duties
