- Accountable for recruitment, training, employee engagement and disciplinary â—
- In-charge of recruitment which include sourcing, screening, interviewing and offering â—
- Conduct new hire onboarding and off boarding including reference check, exit interview and exit clearance â—
- Update new hire employee data in HR system â—
- Maintain and update manpower requisition records â—
- Analyse turnover rate and measure employee retention program â—
- Manage staff travel documentation and arrangement REQUIREMENT ⦠Diploma/Degree in Business Administration ⦠Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in an HR Executive ⦠Extensive recruitment experience. ⦠Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced & challenging environment. ⦠Able to work independent with mínima supervision ⦠5 days work per week
