Receptionist (Front Desk/admin Support)

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages when necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail/courier
- Provide administrative support to the team, such as data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Handle basic inquiries from clients or visitors.
- Perform other general administrative duties.
- Good communication.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma in Business Admin or related field is a plus.
- At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa English.
- Presentable appearance with a positive and courteous attitude.
- Competency in MS Office (Word & Excel).
- Able to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
