Requirements

**A. Test Lead**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Test Planning and Coordination**: The Test Lead is responsible for planning and coordinating all testing activities. This includes defining the test strategy, creating test plans, and ensuring that all testing activities are aligned with the project schedule.
- **Test Execution and Monitoring**: The Test Lead oversees the execution of test cases, monitors test progress, and ensures that testing is conducted in accordance with the defined test strategy. They are also responsible for tracking and reporting test results.
- **Defect Management**: The Test Lead manages the defect lifecycle, including defect identification, logging, tracking, and resolution. They ensure that defects are properly documented and communicated to the relevant stakeholders 1.
- **Test Environment Management**: The Test Lead ensures that the test environment is properly set up and maintained. They coordinate with the infrastructure team to ensure that the necessary hardware and software resources are available for testing.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: The Test Lead acts as the primary point of contact for all testing-related activities. They communicate test progress, issues, and risks to project stakeholders and ensure that testing activities are aligned with project goals.
- **Team Management**: The Test Lead manages the testing team, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring that team members have the necessary skills and resources to perform their roles effectively.

**Experience and Skills**:

- Experience in HR processes and solutions, experience on large-scale enterprise projects, and working with ServiceNow solutions is an added advantage.
- The Test Lead should have extensive experience in test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Should be proficient in test automation tools and techniques, and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM450.00 - RM500.00 per day
