**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced **Lead - Testing Management COE** to head our **Testing Centre of Excellence (COE)**, overseeing the **Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)** practices to deliver proactive and independent testing services, including **System Integration Testing (SIT)** and **Performance Testing**. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software delivery for the Bank.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define, review, and implement testing frameworks, processes, approaches, automation strategies, and methodologies for SIT and performance testing.
- Support quality delivery by verifying that software functionalities meet documented functional specifications.
- Lead, guide, and monitor test analysis, design, and execution of test cases/test suites.
- Effectively utilize testing tools to ensure efficiency and maintain traceability of tests to the test basis.
- Manage SIT, functional regression testing, and performance testing activities to ensure quality delivery.
- Facilitate issue triage and root cause analysis with project teams.
- Provide test process support and test advisory services across the Digital and Technology Sector (DTS).

**Qualifications & Experience**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology.
- Advanced certifications such as **CTAL Test Manager** are highly desirable.
- **Experience**:

- At least **10 years** in software testing within a technology organization.
- Minimum **3 years** leading and overseeing quality assurance or test management, preferably in the banking sector.
- Hands-on experience with testing tools such as **Microfocus ALM, UFT, Bugzilla, Testlink, JMeter, LoadRunner**.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,309.15 - RM12,921.69 per month
