We are looking for a self-motivated person with strong communication and negotiation skills to prospect & sign up potential logistics companies & customers across Malaysia/Singapore.

Spots Logistics is currently expanding our network of carriers and logistics services across Malaysia/Singapore.
- Leading the strategic sourcing and engaging of potential logistics, lorry transport & carrier companies.
- Engage in dialogue with potential carriers and partners to identify and execute business opportunities.
- Plan and drive initiatives to empower our carriers to grow with Spots MY.
- Develop and aggressively win new customer (shipper) opportunities.
- Build a strong client relationship to ensure that the account performs and grows to its maximum potential, reducing attrition rate and minimizing opportunities for competitors to gain business.
- Engage closely with our other sub-divisions of the operations team to ensure smooth operations of carriers and vendors.
- Ensure carrier service levels meet contractual targets and develop necessary countermeasures including defining penalties or developing action plans.

**Requirement**
- A High School Certificate, Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Must have valid Driving License and own transportation
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
