Responsible for performing secretarial and administrative duties
- Proactively reminding of important tasks and deadlines to ensure timely execution.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings, making efficient use of time.
- Maintaining a well-organized filing system that ensures the security of confidential files.
- Preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and ensuring that all relevant materials are prepared in advance of meetings.
- Ensure that all internal & external documents are managed efficiently and properly recorded.
- Handling communication on behalf of the employer.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
- Required language(s): Fluent in Mandarin and English as role require interaction with Mandarin and English speaking clients.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
