- Be the first smile guests see when they arrive
- Handle check-ins, check-outs & everything in between
- Assist with bookings, questions, and all guest needs
- Be the go-to person for local tips & recommendations
- Coordinate with departments to deliver 5-star service
- Keep the front desk running smoothly like a pro

- Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (more languages = a plus)
