Your Mission:

- Lead, coach & inspire the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Oversee daily operations: check-ins, check-outs, reservations & guest queries
- Handle VIP arrivals, guest feedback & service recovery with professionalism
- Ensure adherence to Wyndham brand standards & operational SOPs
- Collaborate with other departments for smooth, seamless guest experiences
- Train & develop team members to grow in their roles

Who You Are:

- A confident and professional hospitality leader with strong people skills
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in front office/guest services manager or duty manger role
- Strong communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia (other languages a plus)
- Hands-on, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Familiar with Opera PMS or similar hotel systems
- Committed to guest satisfaction, service quality & team development

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
