**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the interface between healthcare clients and technical teams, focusing on key processes like patient registration, panel billing, e-invoicing, and medical records.
- Conduct requirement analysis, deliver client presentations, and translate business needs into actionable technical specs.
- Collaborate with development and QC teams to ensure quality solution design and delivery using SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Coordinate meetings, confirm requirements, and manage expectations across multiple stakeholders.
- Use tools like JIRA and project trackers to support project flow and resolution of issues.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Health Informatics, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in IT consulting.
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and tools like JIRA
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing engagements.
- Organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multi-party coordination.
- Other: Open to Malaysian citizen and permanent residents only.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
