**SUMMARY**:To provide administrative support to the sales team, including processing orders, managing customer records, and generating reports. This position is responsible for ensuring that the sales team has the resources they need to be successful.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- To conduct all clerical support assignment i.e.; typing of letters, memorandum and report etc.
- To coordinate and open departmental filing and documentation system.
- To assist on photocopying of documents and binding
- To be responsible on incoming and outgoing, internal and of external correspondence.
- Assist the HOD to develop & plan sales & promotional activities implementation of the Company's objectives.
- Liaise with customers in order to satisty their requests / orders enquiries, as well as ensuring customer's order are properly executed / delivered & payments are collected timely.
- Prepare delivery orders, invoices and filing system establishment.
- Manage customer records & generate sales report
- Coordinate with shipping and logistics for delivery along with prepared Delivery Order & Invoice.
- Stay up-to-date on sales trends and procedures
- Liaison of customer complaint and attend urgent issues at customer premise
- Liaise with Store Department for physical stock availability - synchronize with Autocount recorded data.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
