**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for identifying strategic markets and services for rail initiatives related projects within APAC
- Scale large Capex infrastructure projects in Rail.
- Lead all the business development activities, also manage team to prepare qualifications packages, proposal packages and presentations.
- Focal point person on ensuring activities are being completed timely ensuring best chances for on-going projects.
- Manage Key accounts identified for the respective business market.
- Coordinate and define strategies for Industry related services.
- Coordinate and leverage with Global Business Lines and other Operating Group / Regions to align business drivers and expand business opportunities
- Develop and manage strategy plan and leading the BD team within APAC to increase company market share in rail transportation, infrastructure and construction industries through business activities / opportunities generated from BRI projects.
- Be the contact point for APAC to work in the new opportunities and lead.
- Develop and expand company’s core business services related for Rail in APAC

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor in technical/engineering degree and in Marketing/Sales experience will be preferred.
- Ten (10) years in marketing and business development management level in the rail / construction industry is required.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute business planning process.
- Advanced knowledge of general business and company procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop Sales staff.
- Strong analytical capabilities and providing innovative and impactful insights through data analysis.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
