Accounting Responsibilities:
1.) Financial Data Entry: Input financial transactions into accounting software and maintain accurate records of expenses, revenues, and other financial activities.
2.) Invoice Processing: Generate invoices for clients, record vendor invoices, and ensure proper documentation for payments.
3.) Accounts Receivable: Track customer payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and update accounts receivable records.
4.) Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices, match them with purchase orders, and schedule payments in line with company policies.
5.) Expense Tracking: Monitor and categorize expenses, ensuring they are properly allocated to projects or accounts.
6.) Assist in Financial Reporting: Provide data and support for the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.

Purchase Responsibilities:
1.) Vendor Communication: Communicate with suppliers to gather quotes, negotiate prices, and discuss terms and conditions.
2.) Purchase Orders: Create and manage purchase orders for raw materials, equipment, and services, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
3.) Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, track material usage, and assist in maintaining stocks / materials in stores & sites.
4.) Material Receiving: Coordinate with the raw material personnel to ensure the accuracy and quality of items received.
5.) Coordination with Project Teams: Collaborate with planner, supply chain executive, and other teams to ensure that the right materials are available for ongoing projects.
6.) Documentation: Maintain organized records of purchase orders, delivery receipts, invoices, and related documents.
7.) Cost Analysis: Assist in analyzing procurement costs and identifying opportunities for cost savings.

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
