**Responsibilities**:
**Product Yard Bar Warehouse**
- To prepare planning for stock movement in Product Yard for bar receiving, sales delivery and activities related to Product Yard.
- To train and guide the Product Yard Executive in monitoring daily operations in the Product Yard.
- To ensure stock is kept in an orderly manner in the Product Yard and maintain 100% accuracy.
- To discuss and plan sales locations with the Product Yard Executive and staff based on the FIFO concept.
- To monitor the performance of logistics staff and evaluate them on an annual basis.
- To review the Logistics SOP to ensure all updates are made accordingly to fit the operation.
- To ensure all staff follow SOPs during operations and minimize mistakes during ongoing activities.
- To prepare the Bar forecast report for discussion with the Logistics Team.
- To review KPIs with the Product Yard Logistics Executive and Warehouse Executive.

**Transport Planning and Transport**
- To prepare the plan for transport arrangements related to sales delivery activities.
- To train and guide the Transport Planning Executive in monitoring daily delivery operations.
- To shortlist and maintain good relationships with transporters who have the potential to support the company's business growth.
- To review transport fees with management to ensure the rates remain competitive in the market.
- To review the SOP for Transport Planning operations.

**Weighbridge**
- To ensure weighbridge accuracy.
- To ensure weighbridge obtains Metrology Corporation verification every six months.
- To train the Logistics Executive to manage weighbridge operations.
- To review the KPI with the Weighbridge Logistics Executive.
- To review the SOP for weighbridge operations.

**Spare Part Warehouse and Spare Part Store**
- To train and guide Warehouse Executive to monitor spare part store daily operations.
- To ensure stock is kept in an orderly manner in the warehouse and maintain 100% accuracy.
- To ensure spare part issuing is based on FIFO concept.
- To review the KPI with the Weighbridge Logistics Executive.
- To review the SOP for warehouse operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
