- Welcoming patients and visitors with a warm smile and professional greeting.
- Answering the telephone and answering any inquiries.
- Scheduling appointments and keeping appointments on time and timely.
- Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documentations efficiently.
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow including transport of patients inter departmentally.
- Maintain good communication always with staff and patients to ensure smooth transitions at every stage of a patient’s journey.
- Maintain holistic customer care at all times including calls with patients and callers.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently and smoothly, professionally and timely. All customer complains must be handled within 2 days and completed within 7 working days.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Responding to customer reviews efficiently.
- Always maintain confidentiality of all patient data.
- Always maintain good and pleasant demeanour.
- Maintain overall cleanliness and neatness of the clinic.
- Perform front desk duty with courtesy, professionalism in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Actively participate in creating and implementing improvements to achieve clinical, satisfaction and/or efficiency outcomes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
