About the role

Become a Customer Care Assistant at MB World Group in Johor Bahru, Johor.

In this full-time role, you will be the face of the company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • To assist handover key to house buyer.
  • To monitor defect progress and follow-up actions.
  • Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and messages in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to customers on after sales service.
  • Ensure all customer queries have been rectified on time and satisfactory.

What we're looking for

  • Candidate possess at least a Diploma/Professional certificate in Business Studies / Administration / Management, or equivalent.
  • Candidate possess Diploma in C&S, M&E or Architecture or any equivalent Engineering studies will be an added advantage.
  • Min. 1 year Customer Care working experience in Property Developer.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
