WhatsApp 6016 201 9857/6016 721 5449 After-Sales Service Manager Salary: RM10,000- RM25,000 Working location: India *Mandarin Speaking is preferred Job Responsibilities: 1.Manage the after-sales team and service providers, and build the after-sales service platform; 2.Based on the management framework of the company and the headquarters, implement various service policies, procedures and systems in the Indian branch; 3.Manage the daily service operation, review and supervise after-sales service assetsand service fees of the Indian branch; 4.Monitor and handle the Public opinion(including complaints), maintain customer relationship and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and assistance in handling emergencies. Job Requirements: 1.Business Administration, Electronic information engineering and other related majors are preferred; 2.More than 5 years of working experience in after-sales service, experience in 3.Household Appliance Manufacturing is preferred; 4.Excellent communication and management skills; 5.Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English； 6.Be willing to relocate to India, based on assignments and business need.
