**After-Sales Service Manager**

**Salary**: RM10,000- RM25,000

**Working location: India**

**Mandarin Speaking is preferred**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage the after-sales team and service providers, and build the after-sales service platform;
2. Based on the management framework of the company and the headquarters, implement various service policies, procedures and systems in the Indian branch;
3. Manage the daily service operation, review and supervise after-sales service assetsand service fees of the Indian branch;
4. Monitor and handle the Public opinion(including complaints), maintain customer relationship and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and assistance in handling emergencies.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Business Administration, Electronic information engineering and other related majors are preferred;
2. More than 5 years of working experience in after-sales service, experience in

3. Household Appliance Manufacturing is preferred;
4. Excellent communication and management skills;
5. Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English；

6. Be willing to relocate to India, based on assignments and business need.

**Salary**: From RM10,000.00 per month
