**Job Position**:Digital Marketing Executive (Social Media Content Creator)
- **Location**:Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Selangor
- **Employment Type**:Full-Time
- **Salary**:RM 2,500 - RM 3,500
- **Working Hours**: Monday - Friday, 9:30AM- 6:00PM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, edit, and publish engaging content for Xiaohongshu (XHS), TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos and images using tools like CapCut, InShot, Canva, Adobe, etc.
- Write compelling captions in both Chinese and English, tailored for each platform.
- Plan and schedule content ahead of time based on current trends and marketing goals.
- Monitor post-performance and recommend strategies to improve engagement.
- Respond to comments and DMs and maintain online community interaction.
- Coordinate with the marketing and branding team to ensure consistent campaign direction.
- Manage multiple social media platform accounts simultaneously.
- Research new advertising trends and study competitor activity.
- Develop written and visual content for digital campaigns.
- Create and manage content calendars for scheduled posts.
- Analyze and interpret social media trends, ad performance, and website visitor data.
- Prepare budgets and communication plans for digital campaigns.
- Ensure the accuracy and performance of all marketing initiatives.
- Assist in responding to social media platform inquiries and keep page information up to date.

**Job Requirements**:

- Must be fluent inChinese (spoken and written)—required for Xiaohongshu content.
- Required languages: Mandarin, English, and Malay.
- Proven experience in social media content creation, especially short-form video.
- Strong knowledge of current social media trends, storytelling, and content strategies.
- Able to manage and produce content across multiple platforms consistently.
- Familiar with Chinese social media culture and tone.
- Basic photo and video shooting/editing skills.
- Strong writing skills for content creation and creative briefs.
- Well-organized, able to multitask, and able to prioritize effectively.
- Preferably 2-3 years of working experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Familiar with platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Marketing, Google Analytics, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (小红书), etc.
- Experience in developing online marketing programs is an added advantage.
- Bonus: Photography or eCommerce product content experience.

**Education Requirement**:

- Diploma or higher in Marketing, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Advertising, Design, Languages, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
