**Job scope:
- **
- Document preparation: Drafting and editing reports, memo, letters, and other documents
- File management: Maintaining physical and digital filing systems
- Office equipment: Operating and maintaining office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and fax machines
- Supporting management and staff with any necessary administrative tasks.
- Calendar management: Managing calendars for senior staff, including making travel arrangements
- Database management: Inputting and updating information in databases and spreadsheets
- Customer service: Providing good customer service
- Recruitment: Helping to recruit, hire, and train new employees
**Requirement**:
- Complete a certification or diploma in business administration, HR or its equivalent.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
**Experience**:
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
