在不同平台例如Shopee/Lazada回答顾客对于网上购物及商品的询问
- 处理与顾客的通话，线上聊天
- 分辨及解决顾客需求来达到顾客的满意
- 了解顾客需求并推荐最适合的产品
- 能够处理顾客投诉，在最短的时间内提供顾客最好的解决方法
- 拥有良好的沟通及展现技巧
- 能够有效的管理时间，熟悉电脑基本操作
- 通晓中文，英文【中文为主】
- 拥有团队协作能力
- 在冷气办公室中工作
- 拥有自己的独立办公桌
- 拥有许多职业发展机会
- EPF,SOCSO,Annual Leave,MC,Bonus都有
- 转正后有另外commission
- Answer customer enquiry in relation to ON-LINE shopping of products and services in Shopee / Lazada and so on
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Understand what customer needed and suggest various product option that available
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- With / Without experience are acceptable
- Working in air-conditioning Office Room
- Have your own independent desk
- Young, happy harmonious working environment

- We will provide training as long as willing to learn new things and knowledge
- Anual Leave,MC, EPF & SOSCO will be provided
