Are you a **hands-on, energetic leader** who’s great with numbers _and_ people? We're looking for a **Payroll Team Lead** to manage payroll for our large team of **couriers** working at our clients' logistics hubs. If you're someone who enjoys being on the ground, solving problems fast, and leading a team - this is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Lead and support a small payroll team.
- Make sure couriers are paid accurately and on time.
- Handle onboarding, staff submissions, and document tracking.
- Visit client hubs regularly to solve issues and support operations.
- Maintain records (contracts, attendance, claims, etc.).
- Train your team and keep everything running smoothly.
- Work with our client’s HR or operations teams to stay aligned.

Who We’re Looking For:

- Someone with **2+ years of experience** in payroll, HR ops, or workforce coordination.
- Strong with **Excel** and knows payroll tools (e.g., SQL Payroll, Kakitangan, etc.).
- A leader who enjoys guiding a team and solving real-world problems.
- Knows or is eager to learn about **courier operations** and hub workflows.
- Willing to **travel to client sites/hubs** (mostly within Klang Valley).
- Diploma or Degree in Business, HR, Accounting or related fields.
