About the role

As a Business Operations Team Lead at J&T EXPRESS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD., you will play a pivotal role in driving the smooth and efficient operations of our logistics business in KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur. Reporting to the operations manager, you will lead a team of business operations specialists to ensure the seamless delivery of our services to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Responsible for the basic services, daily management, and issue resolution of courier service points within the assigned region.
  • Conduct standard operation skills training for courier service points in the region to meet basic operational requirements.
  • Support compliance requirements and safety management for courier service points within the assigned region.
  • Improve service quality for consumers at courier service points in the assigned region.

What we're looking for

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar business operations or team leadership role, preferably in the logistics or warehousing industry.
  • Good communication skills and customer service awareness, with strong execution ability.
  • Strong adaptability and stress tolerance, able to find breakthrough solutions and achieve results in relatively complex business scenarios.
  • Candidates with store management experience, especially from Cainiao Station or Tuxi Mart, are preferred.
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to frequent business travel.
