The Opportunity

As a Channel Business Development Team Lead (Logistics) at J&T EXPRESS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD.', you will play a vital role in driving the company's growth and expansion within the KL Eco City Kuala Lumpur area. In this full-time position, you will lead a team of professionals to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, strengthen existing customer relationships, and ensure the efficient delivery of logistics services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop expansion plans based on the company's target requirements, integrate resources to achieve the courier service point expansion goals.
  • Responsible for franchise recruitment, expansion, and management of courier service points within the assigned region.
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with partners within the region.
  • Promote and implement commercial business operations for courier service points within the region.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar team leadership role within the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Candidates with experience in the courier industry, FMCG offline retail channel sales, or internet offline promotion are preferred.
  • Strong execution capability, serious and reliable work attitude, high level of enthusiasm, good communication skills, and able to quickly execute ideas and plans.
  • Passionate about developing a career in the courier industry and highly motivated for business development, with the courage to pursue high income.
  • Able to work under pressure, holds a valid driving license, able to drive, and owning a vehicle with the ability to travel frequently is an advantage.
