Business Development Executive

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses mainly on sales prospecting and client acquisition — finding new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping the company achieve its growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, online research, referrals, etc.)
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track progress.
- Present company products and services effectively to potential clients
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions to meet their requirements
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and agreements
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate as in-house talent for photoshoots, videos, and promotional content on social media.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 1–3 years of working experience in sales, business development, or related roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in Creative / Accounting services is an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
