**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and customers to promote Melilea products and services.
- Generate leads, identify potential customers, and follow up on warm leads from marketing campaigns.
- Provide detailed information on products and promotions over the phone, addressing any customer queries or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed set targets and KPI metrics.
- Assist in planning and executing telemarketing campaigns to support the company’s sales goals.
- Follow up with customers post-call to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Must be fluent in Mandarin, with good command of English.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a sales environment is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence customers over the phone.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Familiarity with CRM systems or data entry software is preferred.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced working environment and adapt to changes in marketing strategies.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
