**Job duties**
- Coordinate and perform monthly-end closing management accounts.
- Review and compile employees & claim; expenses and make reimbursements.
- Verify book-keeping and data entry in Accounting Software.
- Perform all banking and Licensing related duties.
- Monitor Tenancy agreement and rental payment
- Ensure all accounting documents and records are properly filed up and well-maintained.
- Ensure all financial statements comply with accounting standards, tax regulation as well as company policies.
- Perform reconciliation of accounts payable, receivable, bank and inter-company balance.
- Liaise with investment related parties.
- Involvement in day-to-day accounting and treasury operations.
- Perform administrative duties and support.
- Monitor Company’s inventory and conduct Monthly Stock Take.
- Assist in any ad-hoc assignments from the Management.
- Assist in daily monitoring of Customer payments, and able to be handling day-to day accounts Receivable
- Monthly Customer reconciliation - Trade & Non-Trade
- Assist & prepare accurate, timely reports and information for Treasury team preparation of daily and monthly cash flow planning
- Update Cash Flow template for AR Collection
- Ensure filling is done timely and properly for easy retrieval of information
- Assist in all aspects of accounting functions and ad-hoc assignment for AR team

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of related working experience in a similar capacity.
- A team player with good analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independent and able to perform multi-tasking in meeting tight deadlines.
- Able to work in Hicom, Shah Alam

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
