Identify and develop sales opportunity and promotion of products and services.
- Able to generate new leads, set up meetings, give clear and persuasive face-to-face and on-site sales presentations
- Consistently monitor results to goals and meet or exceed sales goals for company
- Attend to enquires in regards to company services and facilities
- Attend trade shows, coordinate and participate in sales event and public awareness events organized by the company to create health awareness and to serve as a marketing tool
- Ensure that all marketing and promotion materials are relevant, current and sufficient
- Assist in gathering of information and collection of data to assist in market analysis
- Liaise & maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders including corporate clients, insurance companies and third party administrators.
- Portray professionalism service for the company image, maintain customer service orientation and instill a guest service attitude.
- To provide ideas and assist in implementation of new ideas for the improvement of the sales
- Track record and developing long term business relationship, maintain consistent communications with clients for excellent pre and post purchase service
- Gather continuous intelligence on the products, services, customers and opportunities
- Assist in recruiting, staff appraisal, planning and implementing internal training for new sales force.
- Ensure timely Weekly/Monthly reporting to the management.
- Perform any other related duties according to the operational needs from time to time.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management.

**REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

- Possess at least a Degree / Diploma in Marketing or equivalent**.**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in sales & marketing field.

**REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

- **
- Team Player & dynamic
- Able to perform under pressure.
- Supervisory skill
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office: MS Excel & MS Word.

**REQUIRED LANGUAGES:

- **
- Proficient in English language communication; both verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in Malay language communication; both verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in Mandarin language communication; both verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in other languages would be an added advantage.

**OTHER REQUIREMENTS**_(if any)_**:

- **
- Sincerity, integrity, loyalty, caring and patience, hardworking, positive thinking assertive and proactive.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
