**Summary**:
Responsible for managing daily fleet activities including vehicle check-in/out, maintenance coordination, billing, and inter-branch vehicle transfers. Ensures timely vehicle availability, excellent customer service, and compliance with safety and operational standards. Supports roadside assistance, inspection scheduling, and overall branch fleet efficiency.

**Full job description**:

- Ensure consistent and high-quality customer service across all touchpoints.
- Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Oversee timely vehicle availability, check-out, and return processes.
- Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out activities at the branch.
- Arrange and coordinate vehicle inspections, including making appointments and sending vehicles for inspection.
- Prepare billing documents and ensure timely payment collection.
- Update and maintain the daily vehicle inventory list.
- Be on standby to assist with roadside rescue in nearby areas.
- Collect and deliver vehicles to/from KLIA1, KLIA2, KL, and other branches as needed.
- Maintain a high level of customer service within the branch and foster strong business relationships with clients.
- Provide quality service and support to clients, including customers referred from HQ or other branches.
- Ensure all vehicles are well-maintained and in excellent condition prior to customer check-out.
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Collaborate with the supervisor to enhance operational efficiency and performance.
- Coordinate vehicle repairs or arrange replacements for damaged vehicles.
- Liaise with auto repair shops to schedule regular maintenance or repairs.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, airport authority requirements, and local regulations.
- Promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols for staff and customers.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

**Qualification and Education**:

- Must possess own transport and **valid driving license** (Class D) with a **clean driving record**:

- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a professional attitude
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and inspection processes
- **Able to work on weekends or public holidays**(on rotation or as required)
- **Physically fit**and able to manage outdoor or on-ground tasks
