Assistant HR Manager

Assist in managing and leading the Human Resource Dept, in ensuring the smooth operation of the department and be proactive in developing, implementing and maintaining the good HR function.
- Manage, coordinate and implementing recruitment plan as per Company requirements.
- Ensure effective talent management strategy this includes performance management, retention, and succession planning.
- Administer staff’s training including sourcing training providers according to Training Plan, administering HRDF claims, collating the training evaluation to ensure effectiveness of training.
- Oversees the process of the defined compensation and benefits structure including payroll, leave management and salary adjustment administration.
- Prepare documents like letter of promotion, confirmation letter, termination letter, memo, etc. (HR administration)
- Enforce Disciplinary Procedures & Actions by providing counselling services to employees, conduct domestic inquiry and appropriate action for any disciplinary cases.
- Develop and implements all Human Resource policies and processes to ensure that all Human Resource policies and processes are in line with organizational strategies. Ensure compliances with Human Resource laws and regulations by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements.
- Nurture a positive working environment. Establish good rapport and team sprit among all levels of employees.
- Handle any ad-hoc assignment as and when required by superior.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
