Sales Admin Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- To attend to customers’ inquiries.
- To prepare costing / quotation for customers.
- To source for supplier on material and fabrication processes.
- To follow-up and engage business communication with existing customers.
- To manage filing for all customers and or assigned administrative tasks.
- To participate and assist team members in new clients / market development.
**Job Requirement**:
- Degree studies in the business and or engineering.
- Motivated and Driven with compassion to continue growth.
- Adapt to challenges and problem solving abilities.
- Maintaining positive and collaborative work ethic.
- Bring diverse skill sets from past experience to make a meaningful impact to organization.
- Fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin both write and spoken. Added advantage with proficiency in Japanese language and or any common language in Europe.
