**Job Description:
- **
- Prepare and issue purchase requests and delivery orders.
- Input data and information from source documents within required timelines.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule and facilitate inspections.
- Manage Quality related documents (Material Report, Fit-up Report, Welding Visual Report & NDT reports)
- Liaise with logistics providers for packing list preparation and arrange transportation for export shipments.
- Document control on engineering drawings to be updated in server.
- Organize and schedule meetings, including recording and filing meeting minutes.
- Tracking and record keeping of spares and equipment
- Provide all administrative support and undertake any other ad-hoc projects/duties assigned
**Job Requirement:
- **
- Minimum education level of Form 5 or equivalent qualification.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook is an advantage.
- Able to use Zoom for meetings
- Positive working attitude, independent and self-motivated team player.
- Able to work under minimum supervision, matured, independent and pro-active.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
