NEGOTIATION SKILL, CUSTOMER FOCUS, INFLUENSING & PRESUASION, UNDERSTANDING COMMERCES POSITION. -SOURCING SKILL TO COMMUNICATE WITH SUPPLIER TO GET THE QUOTATION AND COMPARE THE PRICE. - SKILL TO MANAGE PROBLEM & SOLVING PROBLEM WITH SUPPLIER -BEHAVIORAL SKILL IS COMPRISED OF INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION & RISK-TAKING. -PRODUCTION & PROCESSING-KONWLEDGE OF RAW MATERIALS, PRODUCTION PROCESSES, QUALITY CONTROL & COSTS. -KNOWLEDGE IN ISO 9001, ISO 14001 AND TS 16949 REQUIREMENTS - ANALYSIS KNOWLEDGE TO PERFORM SUPPLIER EVALUATION AND IMPROVEMENT ACTIVITY IF ANY - KNOWLEDGE IN LEGAL REQUIREMENTS RELATED TO PURCHASING 1. To place order for Direct and Indirect Material. 2. Cost saving activities. 3. Sourcing and negotiating. 4. Updating Sales Tax Exemption to supplier 5. Provide direct material forecast to supplier 6. Matching PO, Delivery Order vs. Invoice. 7. Follow up on goods delivery 8. Arrange for return rejection material to supplier 9. Monitoring for purchase price discrepancy 10. To register new supplier in Approved Supplier List, supplier evaluation, environment rules & regulation and register price in system. 11. To evaluate supplier yearly performance and supplier quality audit. 12. To involve in audit activity as per schedule according to ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 requirements 13. To participate in identification and determination of environmental aspects that have significant impact on the environment and commit to the objective & target set. 14. Forwards customer or company environmental requirements to supplier and follow up on reply. 15. Other assignment as directed by superior from time to time. AUTHORITIES 1. Approval for indirect purchase order. 2. Decision on indirect material purchase price. RESPONSIBLE TO TAKE CARE/TRACK OF MATERIAL MOVEMENT & ACCURACY FROM PURCHASE, RECEIVED, ISSUE PRODUCTION, OUTPUT & BALANCE STOCK AVAILABLE. PHYSICAL FIGURE MUST AS ACCURATE AS IN THE ERP SYSTEM
