Partner with Sales and Production team to drive forecast visibility and improved site demand visibility to the operations team.
- Develop customer commits to the demand plan based on material and capacity constraints
- Maintain achievable build & ship plan, with focus on minimizing costs and internal lead-time.
- Monitor and maintain production capacity through use of capacity analysis with engineering team. Drive data integrity in capacity analysis. (Run rate accuracy, loading level and ramp rate agreement, and team education).
- Define and track on-time delivery, Master Production Schedule, and material downtime performance.
- Ensure that material scheduling strategy and processes are in place and work effectively in order to ensure material supply meets production requirements with minimum stock levels, whilst optimizing costs.
- Liaising closely with Purchasing and driving timely material availability to support production as and when required avoiding disruption to production while minimizing excesses and obsolescence.
- Liaising closely with Sales and Purchasing on material readiness/replenishment planning to minimize inventory while fulfilling customer order/forecast.
- Take ownership of material planning issues that arise, including over or under delivery and take any follow up actions especially in the event of material shortages that affect production.
- Planning, organizing and monitoring receiving, storage and distribution of all items received either from suppliers or production ensuring a smooth and consistent operation so parts and supplies are located and distributed to proper departments in an effective and efficient manner as needed to satisfy internal and external customer requirements.
- Controlling inventory levels by conducting physical counts from time to time in order to keeping stock controls system up to date and ensuring with data storage system.
- Developing risk management programs to ensure continuity of supply in emergency scenarios.
- Perform other ad-hoc assignment as assign from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma and above in Material/Warehousing /Supply Chain Management or at least 3 years working experience in material planning and production planning/ commodity/purchasing /supply chain role.
- High proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
