Accounts Assistant

Introduction
This is a dual role position with combination of accounts and shipping tasks. The employee is required to assist in preparing full set of accounts from book keeping up to financial report, to ensure all tasks is done in a timely manner and up-to-date, to report directly to the Head of Department on all company matters, and also undertake special assignment, ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when necessary.
**Job & responsibilities**:
Ability to handle full set of accounts
Prepare financial and management reports, budgeting, forecasting
Responsible for invoice and payment processing
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit, and loss statement, and other reports
Responsible for month-end closing and yearly financial report
Liaise with external parties including auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers and government agencies etc.
**Requirements**:
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
Able to communicate in Bahasa & English
Able to handle full set of accounts
High analytical and problem solving skills
Self initiative, agreesive & responsible
