**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing parking operations of RedQ
- Assist in reporting the parking occupancy -visual and transaction report which will be used for management reporting
- Assist in managing the parking facilities during the company events or as when needed
- Assist in providing solution to the parking issues whether on ground or at tactical level
- Perform and undertake rectification for the faulty parking equipment (if needed to be undertaken in-house)
- Maintaining and keeping all facilities reports up-to-date.
- Filing of important documents, contracts and related in both physical and electronic forms.
- Any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned by the company as and when required.

Requirements:

- Minimum SPM or Diploma / Certificate (in any field)
- Experience in parking management/ office administration
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Able to work in a fast working environment
