As a **Content Strategist Writer**, you will be responsible for crafting compelling scripts, managing affiliate partners, and facilitating communication to create impactful videos for marketing campaigns. Your role will require a combination of creative writing, project management, and effective communication skills to ensure the success of our video marketing efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Script and copywriting**:
○ Develop engaging and persuasive scripts tailored to the target audience and
marketing objectives.
○ Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and key
messages.
○ Conduct research to gather relevant information and insights for script
development.
○ Ensure consistency in tone, style, and branding across all scripts.
○ Queued produced content onto respective platforms for testing with appropriate
headlines and copies

**-Communication and Teamwork**:
○ Collaborate with internal teams, such as video production, marketing to ensure
alignment in strategy and smooth execution.
○ Provide regular updates and reports on affiliate partnership performance and
initiatives.

**-Video Production Support**:
○ Provide creative input and feedback during the video production process.
○ Ensure that video content meets quality standards and aligns with the brand's
image and messaging.
○ Help out with creative editing where required

Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned maintaining a strategic direction in each content piece,
whether blogs, infographics or videos, to strengthen our brand’s voice. You will also determine the best content formats to ensure high consumer engagement while generating leads to attract potential prospects.

**Skill sets & Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of digital marketing, websites and social media.
- Enthusiast about beauty and have a good communication/negotiation skill
- Proven experience in content creation, scriptwriting, and/or video production, preferably
in a marketing or advertising context.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent project management abilities, including the capacity to prioritize tasks, meet
deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively solve problems

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
